Where and how can I register for the tournament?

- The head coach of the team or his representative must register his team's participation in the tournament no later than the first day of the tournament. (Registration is also possible the day before the start of the tournament - 12.08.) Adult teams register on 14.08.

- Registration can be done at the tournament office at the premises of the RSU Latvian Academy of Sports Pedagogy: Brīvības gatve 333, building B (entrance on the right), room 158c

- N.B. When registering, please note that teams will be given goodie baskets with products from tournament supporters. Helping hands will be useful for moving everything!

Is there a parking lot at the tournament office?

Parking lot near the tournament office is for pay. For payment procedures, please read the rules at the building.

The games take place in sports halls all across Riga. The calendar, hall addresses and other important information can be found on the tournament website www.akcup.lv, as well as in printed format - in the tournament program.

Is catering provided for tournament participants and how to use it?

Tournament participants who have purchased LIDO meal coupons have the opportunity to use them in all LIDO restaurants. Addresses can be found in the tournament programs or on the Internet - on the LIDO website www.lido.lv. The LIDO coupon must be given to the cashier upon payment. The change amount will not be given back. N.B. Please consider the opening hours of LIDO restaurants.

Does the tournament provide transportation for participants?

Holders of the “Premium”, “Extra” and “Standard” tournament packages can use the tournament-provided minibuses - to get teams to lunch and dinner, from the tournament venues to the dining hall and back to the gym. Buses can be ordered by calling +371 20394663.
